At MiiR, we stand behind our design-forward drinkware and home goods; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the packing slip inside your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your unused MiiR products in their original boxes and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
